Question about Golden Heroes

I have read that Golden Heroes was originally being developed for a licensed Marvel Comics RPG. Is there any truth to this? Or is it just an Internet legend?

I believe that is true. I'm pretty sure I read that in an article in Fantazia magazine but I've heard it from other sources too. I believe GW approached Marvel with the rule set in an attempt to get the license. TSR beat them to it, unfortunately. I'm still hoping to record an interview with Simon Burley for Squadron Chatter and that's one of the first things i'd like to clear up.

Episode 9 of Squadron Chatter should be out in the next few days. I can speak with some authority when I say it's going on a bit of a hiatus but it's not going away.
