Does anyone know any programs like HERO MACHINE on line for drawing characters pics

I remember there was another one I used to use, which looked more "manga" based,

Can anyone help ?

the above links to the one i've used for most of my SQUK related renderings. There are a couple of versions here. Some are in Spanish although one version has the option for English text. I'd be interested in any other links as well
