Cosmic Power.

Having some thoughts and ideas about Cosmic level beings, looking for feed back.

COSMIC POWER
Dark matter, can alter the DNA, of beings who spend time in space, this can produce, cosmic level beings. The longer the exposure the greater the power. There are beings who live in the oldest parts of the Universe who's power is immense.

M.A.C.H.Os and W.I.M.Ps
Children of the Dark Matter, fall into two groups, as on earth, heroes and villains, this is due to the way the unseen Dark Matter interacts with DNA,it effects it in different ways. M.A.C.H.Os (massive compact halo objects) which attach themself's to midicolhdrial DNA, whilst the more exotic particles like axions or W.I.M.P.S (Weakly Interacting Massive Particles) effects Nuclear DNA.

The powers and power levels of these Cosmic Beings are measured in Cosmic Levels or C-Levels, roughly one C-Level equates to five normal levels. Each C-Level has five Gimmicks.

For example: Strength  

Normal levels
Level 1: The characters Strength is now 20 plus the roll of 1d6. This will give them a significant damage modifier.
Level 2: Add 1d6+5 Strength
Level 3: Add 1d6+5 Strength
Level 4: Add 1d6+5 Strength
Level 5: Add 1d6+5 Strength

Cosmic levels
C-Level 1: The characters Strength is now 40 plus the roll of 5d6. This will give them a significant damage modifier.
C-Level 2: Add 5d6 +20 Strength
C-Level 3: Add 5d6 +20 Strength

at C-Level 3 your strength is between 98 and 188

and so on.....

Some powers work on the Cosmic level, others not so.

Which do you think do/dont, what could added?

Acrobatics becomes fast move
Fast recovery becomes Regeneration
Martial Arts, this could be a blend of Fast move as well.
Shrink, how small could you go...Higgs Boson?

These are the ones that kind of jump out at me.

Mind Control at a cosmic level could be the most powerful. possibly

Beyond Cosmic.
Once in every few cycles of the universe there comes a being who's power eclipses all, these are very, very rare. They are classed as Infinite level. One i-Level is equal to five C-Levels.

Campaigns can become very unwieldy with too many over powered beings.

Cosmic levels
Eg: Strength
C-Level 1: The characters Strength is now 40 plus the roll of 5d6. This will give them a significant damage modifier.
C-Level 2: Add 5d6 +20 Strength
C-Level 3: Add 5d6 +20 Strength

Infinite level
Eg: Strength
i-Level 1: The characters Strength is now 80 plus the roll of 25d6. This will give them a significant damage modifier.
i-Level 2: Add 25d6 +100 Strength
i-Level 3: Add 25d6 +100 Strength

Celestial beings are infinite level but have 10 to 12 powers.

Not sure if that's not overkill.
