Another question about Golden Heroes

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I have searched without finding anything.

In both the Golden Heroes Players Book and Supervisors Book, the Power Generation Tables are missing the number 49. The list goes from Martial Arts (44-48) to Mass Variation: Other (50). A minor thing, and easy enough to houserule. But is there something I am missing? Is this addressed in the GH mayerial anywhere? If not, did anyone else notice, and what solution did you use? Just wondering.
